Store PickUp Policy

Thank you for choosing Foggia Boutique. Below, we detail our policy regarding in-store pickup orders, in order to guarantee efficient and responsible handling of each purchase:

Deadline for collecting the order

Orders with Pick-Up option must be collected within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Merchandise Exchanges

The 7-day period also applies to exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability and provided the items are in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags intact. No exchanges will be made after this period has expired.

Holding Uncollected Orders

If the order cannot be collected within the initial period, Foggia Boutique will keep the
merchandise for an additional period of 30 calendar days.

Merchandise Loss and Amount Paid

If the order is not collected within 30 days, the merchandise will be considered abandoned, and both the products and the corresponding payment will be lost without the right to a refund, credit, or exchange
