Where can I receive the merchandise?

Because we are an exclusively online boutique, we offer shipping service throughout the island and to the United States. We use First Class Mail for our shipments.

How long does it take for the merchandise to arrive?

It takes 2 to 3 business days when the destination is Puerto Rico, and 3 to 4 days if it is to the United States.

What other options do I have for placing an order?

In addition to being able to place your orders through our website, you can also order through our Facebook or Instagram page. Just send a text message with your information and the fashion item you want to (787) 646-4067 and we'll help you complete your order with personalized attention.

If I need to return any items, how much time do I have to do so?

Foggia accepts returns of merchandise 7 days after receiving the order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For assistance please send a text message to (787) 646-4067.

Can I get a refund?

If you do not want an exchange, we will give you a merchandise credit valid for 30 days. We do not currently offer refunds. To process a credit, the customer must send us the item of clothing in perfect condition and with its respective tags. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
