Change Policy

Once a purchase is completed on our website, it is a final sale and cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to exchange the item, the following rules apply:

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the item in perfect condition, unused, without any smell of perfumes, aerosols or strong odors such as smoke, food or cigarettes, without makeup marks or stains and with the price tag intact.
  • Each item we ship is carefully inspected, so they leave the store in perfect condition.
  • Designer items only have 3 days for exchanges, after that period, no exchange will be accepted.
  • Party pieces, sequins and glitter, are non-refundable.
  • Credit on merchandise, we do not offer refunds.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping the returned parts, as well as the parts to be received, is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Special and clearance merchandise is final sale.
  • Special orders for designer pieces are non-refundable.
  • Accessories are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will contact you by phone or text message to let you know if the exchange is approved and to give you the code to purchase on the website.
