Shipping / Processing

At Foggia Boutique, we process orders from Monday to Friday.

Orders received between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Our commitment is to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, provided the order is placed within our working hours.

Once your shipment is processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number so you can track your package. Please note that USPS is a third-party provider, so we have no direct control over the exact delivery date or unforeseen situations during transit.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The responsibility and risk of the shipment pass to the carrier once the package leaves our warehouse. We are not obligated to handle claims for loss or damage that occurs during shipping; however, we will do our best to cooperate with the shipping company to ensure your order arrives in good condition and on time.

The customer is responsible for the payment of any taxes, duties, fees or customs charges that may apply according to local authorities.

Rejected / Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, has an incorrect address, or is not claimed due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs and any additional charges.

If the error is attributable to Foggia Boutique, we will cover the reshipping costs.
